DITECINT S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter “DITECINT”), based in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico, is responsible for the processing and protection of your personal data under the Mexican Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares, “LFPDPPP”), published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on 20 March 2025, and other applicable data protection provisions.

The values you enter into the OEE and ROI calculators are processed in your own browser to display the result. We do not associate them with your name, email address or any other identifying information, unless you choose to send them to us through the contact form.
We do not collect sensitive personal data, nor financial or asset-related data, through this website.

If you do not wish your data to be processed for the secondary purposes, you may say so by writing to contacto@ublick.mx. DITECINT does not sell or trade your personal data. Your data may be processed by technology providers that supply us with email, hosting and messaging services, solely to the extent necessary to operate the contact channels of this site, and always under confidentiality obligations.
For statistical measurement of the site we use Google Analytics, a service provided by Google LLC, which means that the browsing data described in section 2 is processed and stored on servers located outside Mexico, primarily in the United States. This processing is carried out by Google as a data processor, under that provider's contractual terms, and is limited to browsing data: we do not transfer your name, email address or telephone number. If you do not wish this information to be collected, you can prevent it as set out in section 6.
Other than the cases above, we do not carry out transfers requiring your consent, except those provided for in the LFPDPPP.
Under Mexican law you have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, what we use it for and the conditions of that use (Access); to request correction of your information when it is out of date, inaccurate or incomplete (Rectification); to ask us to delete it from our records when you consider it is not being used in accordance with the principles and duties set out in the law (Cancellation); and to object to the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Opposition). These are known collectively as ARCO rights.
To exercise any of these rights, or to withdraw your consent, send your request to contacto@ublick.mx, stating your full name, a clear description of the right you wish to exercise, and a document proving your identity. We will respond within the periods set by the LFPDPPP.
If you believe your right to the protection of personal data has been infringed, you may turn to the competent authority on the matter, currently the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno, through its Directorate General for Personal Data in the Private Sector.
